The local agency is a member in good standing of Big Brothers & Sisters of Canada.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colchester operates autonomously under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors.

Directors are chosen based on the expertise they can offer, their commitment to the cause and their leadership in the community.
